It wasn’t because of not being good enough, or doing something wrong. There was nothing I could do to avoid feeling rejected.
I had no idea when I was little that my mom and dad were on a mission to make me as confident and fearless as possible.
My creative timeblocks are PURPLE and my coaching timeblocks are GREEN. My goal is to not see PURPLE and GREEN timeblocks in the same day. For example, I do not want to go from a website design meeting with a client to creating marketing material or a new blog for my business.
My mission is to help as many women as possible know the feelings and benefits that come from becoming an Author. I am very grateful that Amazon got on the “Print On Demand” bandwagon in 2016, the same year I self-published my first book. Talk about impeccable timing!
A “segue” connects the dots for your readers when you move them from one topic to the next. “Segue” is Italian for “it follows”. It was originally used to describe a seamless transition between pieces of music.
Creativity comes to those who put out the welcome mat, unlock the door, remove distractions and make an effort to be in its presence.

I used to think I wasn’t lovable and that I lacked the gene or natural talent that makes a person lovable. I believed people acted like they were attracted to me to get things from me. I told myself I’d better get used to being self-sufficient because I’d always be alone. Guess what? I learned how to re-route the neuropathways in my brain away from thoughts like that. It took a team (literally, it took teamwork - this story is coming in the book) and being focused on positive change, but I did it and you can, too.
