I tried MANY things that didn’t work while discovering what DOES work. Whenever I felt doubt creeping in, I went back to my 3 success measurements: Happiness, Impact and Income. Although the income felt like it was lagging behind the other 2 sometimes, I trusted I was on the right path and kept my spending in check so that I could keep going.

“What is the best way to record podcast episodes?”

“What tech/apps should I use for editing and publishing?”

“Do I need a fancy mic or expensive software?”

As soon as I was fired, I immediately discovered new income streams that were a great fit for me. I couldn't have discovered them without getting fired.

If your business is brand new, this is not the time to put financial pressure on it. You need to nurture it with love, food and direction.

A “segue” connects the dots for your readers when you move them from one topic to the next. “Segue” is Italian for “it follows”. It was originally used to describe a seamless transition between pieces of music.

Creativity comes to those who put out the welcome mat, unlock the door, remove distractions and make an effort to be in its presence. 

Recognize the gift you have given yourself by allowing time and focus for creativity. Of course your audience will benefit, but you will benefit just as much, if not more.

My mission is to share the steps and tools I've taken that actually work - without the bumpy road and throwing things at the wall. I know the financial investment required to start a business and keep it running, and I would never want a Fempreneur to feel alone or like she’s hit a wall when it comes to marketing.
